Philosophy is infused in almost every science in the world, from the empirical sciences to politics to ethics. A bird’s eye perspective on all sciences will show a range of philosophical principles and methodologies that underpin the investigation, exploration and progression of each science. Our philosophical worldview also dictates how we will interpret and affirm any truth claims made about or within a science, and so it is crucial to understand how we formulate a worldview that is defensible and allows us to systematically and critically analyse our truth claims.
